PROXY diagnostic logging on Macintosh OS -- MASTER v10.5 & later

Steps for enabling and collecting logs for PROXY Pro Host for Macintosh:

1. Download and Open the Master4Mac-v10.5-LoggingScripts.zip from
   https://products.proxynetworks.com/downloads/DiagnosticLoggingScripts.htm.

2. Drag the "com.proxynetworks" folder from the ZIP file to
   your ~/Library/Preferences folder.

3. Restart the PROXY Pro Master. (i.e. Quit the application if it's running.)

4. Reproduce the problem you are having.

5. Collect the log files from ~/Library/logs/com.proxynetworks.

6. Submit the log files, along with a clear description of the problem,
   the Mac OS version number (Apple menu > About This Mac), and
   PROXY Pro Master version number (PROXY Pro Master > About).

Technical details:

The PROXY software can write diagnostic logging information to the
system logging subsystem on Macintosh OS.

The PROXY Pro Master for Macintosh is a single application program,
and looks for a logging configuration file named "com.proxynetworks.macmaster.plist".

This configuration file must be placed in the directory:

     ~/Library/Preferences/com.proxynetworks/

The resulting log files are located in the directories:

     ~/Library/Logs/com.proxynetworks/
