Remote Control – Ergonomic, Secure, Fast
Vector's famous PC-Duo® provides fast and reliable PC-PC remote control and remote access over LAN/WAN and internet connections. Security and configuration settings, session recordings and activity logs are centrally managed in PC-Duo Enterprise while PC-Duo Express provides lower cost peer-to-peer connection for smaller LAN/WAN-based installations. With v12.0, PC-Duo added Web-based On-Demand functionality to support the 'control from anywhere' needs of mobile support analysts.
From v12.1 onwards, PC-Duo also runs inside Citrix and MS Terminal Services servers, and can be embedded in the images of non-permanent virtual desktops such as VMware.This makes PC-Duo a future proof choice for environments with a mix of conventional PCs, thin client devices and fully virtualized desktops.

PC-Duo Express
- Entry Level
- One-to-one, peer-to-peer Master-Host connections. (For Multiple Masters to connect concurrently to a Host, see PC-Duo Enterprise.)
- No need to cross firewalls.
- Licensed by quantities of Masters and Hosts.
PC-Duo Enterprise
- All the capabilities of PC-Duo Express, plus –
- Rich in facilities for managing larger Host populations.
- Connections either peer-to-peer as in PC-Duo Express, or managed through the PC-Duo Enterprise Gateway. Multiple Master to single Host connections are managed through the Gateway.
- Support for thin client sessions running on Citrix and Terminal Services.
- Support for fully virtualized desktops such as VMware.
- Firewalls navigated, for connectivity across and outside multiple corporate networks.
- Licensed by quantities of Masters and Hosts, plus Gateway capacity.
PC-Duo On-Demand
- All the capabilities of PC-Duo Enterprise, plus –
- Organized around Web services for the Master and Gateway functions.
- Master sessions initiated from anywhere (requires IE8+).
- Licensed purely by concurrent session capacity. Hosts and Gateway not chargeable.
- Generally suits installations with higher Host:Master ratios and rapidly changing Host populations.
