Some of these have been evolved into standard solutions, with the application specific functionality delivered as a template which layers onto the Issue Tracker foundation.
Issue Tracker
Vector’s Issue Tracker is the powerful, configurable, Web-based framework for managing and escalating any class of business issue through to resolution. It uses advance email server integration – typically with Exchange - to route and process the emails with which many issues are tracked. A detailed history is generated of all the steps of each issue’s life, suitable for trend analysis and audit. Asset Tracker
Vector’s Asset Tracker handles the management of dynamic assets, such as the movement of returned goods through highly customized workflows. Asset Tracker is an extension of Vector’s Issue Tracker with its workflow management, with additional hooks to real-time tracking systems such as bar-code and RFID. Learn more
Change Manager Pro
Frequent change is a feature of any growing and dynamic organization and must be managed if disruption is to be avoided. Vector’s Change Manager Pro ensures all stakeholders in the change processes are involved in following rigorous change management processes.
