Learning from the decade?
Sometimes you come across some commentary that feels truly in tune with the challenges of the time, and R “Ray” Wang offers some stimulating thoughts in a brief post on his Software Insider blog. Every one of his five propositions applies – I believe – to both vendors like us and to organizations using IT. You could also read these propositions in the absence of IT as a context, and still see they make a lot of sense. If you have five minutes to spare, I recommend Ray’s post.
